“Jason planned a full day surprise! He packed a backpack and gave me little information as to what I should bring or expect. We took the subway to a far stop in western Toronto, where he had made a reservation at Old Mill Hotel. At 5am Jason woke me up to start a long hike towards the sunrise. After trekking all day across Toronto towards Scarborough Bluffs we watched the sunset and Jason popped the question with a beautiful moonstone ring he had designed. The ring was inside of a Super Mario themed box he had made asking if I would be his player two. I said yes – although I do not play Nintendo.” – Laura

We loved hanging out with Laura and Jason for the day, their magical elopement was so romantic and beautiful. We ended the evening at Canico restaurant in Alvor, with a toast to love, adventure and happiness.
